WE OFFER
Our
current focus is direct contact with the consumer at Farmer's
Markets and other venues. We we love to talk about food
and sharing with people how to use our products in every
day meals. We
love to hear about the great food you have experienced.
We
offer heirloom fresh fruit including, red raspberries, blackberries,
strawberries and other unique berries, rhubarb, charentais
and heirloom melons. We preserve much of our fresh fruit
and offer Dam-Good-Jam and other fruit preserves. We also
offer wild and cultivated mushrooms, Shagbark Hickory syrup,
culinary and medicinal herbs, other foraged wild edibles
common to this area. We offer raw, unprocessed honey directly
from the hive to you.
